Orders may be sent from Moorit HQ or by our delivery partner, Newsstand.
Delivery times are determined by your selected shipping method and processing times.
Single issues will ship via Royal Mail 1st Class as a large letter. Multiple issues, or merchandise bigger than a large letter will ship as a 2nd Class parcel.

All UK subscriptions are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
International order services vary by destination. Please be advised of the following estimated delivery times.

customs & vat.
Some international customers may need to pay additional taxes, customs duty and/or fees imposed by the destination country’s government in order to receive their order. These extra costs are not something Moorit has any control over, and we’re not able to predict whether or not you will be liable to pay them.
From 1 July 2021, EU customers will be liable for any VAT, customs charges, fees, etc. on their orders at time of entry to the EU country. There is no longer a VAT free allowance on low value orders.
We aim to post orders on Wednesdays or Thursdays each week, with the possibility of adding a second weekday posting date to the schedule as demand increases.
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
Please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return any items. Items must be in their original condition, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will refund you for any items returned and the original standard delivery cost. If you selected a more expensive shipping method, or are only returning part of your order, we will refund the difference.
Print magazines may not be returned if the digital download code has been redeemed. We can only refund digital products if you have not downloaded the files.
