When will my order arrive?

Delivery times will depend on your selected shipping method and destination. Please note that transit times may be longer than expected because of ongoing COVID-19 delays, especially to non-UK destinations.

If your order contains a pre-order, your entire order will ship when the pre-order issue is ready for delivery.

Can I subscribe to Moorit?

Yes! We now offer annual subscriptions, which means you can get 2 issues with a 10% discount. Please note, this subscription is not auto-renewing.

What payment types do you accept?

The shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do I download my digital copy of the magazine?

All new print copies of Moorit include a free digital download of the magazine. There are two ways to redeem your free digital download. If you ordered your print (or digital) issue online, create an account or login to your account. Once logged in, view your order history. Select the order number with your purchase and look for the "download here" link. Alternatively, there should be a download link in your order confirmation email.

Otherwise, you may redeem your free digital download with the code printed on the back page of your magazine. To do so, please visit the Download page and select the issue you would like to download. 

Add the download product to your cart. You will need the download code printed on the back page of your magazine. At checkout, enter this code in the Discount code box when filling out your shipping details. The price of your download should reduce to £0 when the code is applied.

Continue checking out as usual; you will not be asked for payment details. You may download your files on the order confirmation page. You should also receive an email with your download link.

What are the Easy to Read and Read Aloud versions of the digital magazine?

All digital downloads include three versions of the magazine. The first is a PDF version of the print magazine. The Easy to Read version is, like the name suggests, easy to read. It features large, 24pt sans serif font in all black and no italics. The Read Aloud version has been specially formatted and tested to be read clearly by screen reader and read aloud software.
